The company has its branch office with its own staff in the heart of Istanbul, next to the ports Haydarpasa and Ambarli. Alternatif Shipping Agencies are well organized to provide services of similar high standards at all the other Turkish Ports such as Trabzon, Samsun, Izmir, Mersin, Iskenderun and many other small ports through its contractual sub agents who enjoy a strong local influence in their areas.

Handling of cargoes, warehousing, stevedoring services (at some of the ports), inland transportation, and customs clearance are some of other services provided.

The company services the vessels passing Dardanells and Bosphorous Straits in transit by making all the necessary arrangements with the authorities in advance. Change of crew, repatriation, any kind of supplies while transiting and any other services required are very well organized.
